Eligibility

To use this platform as a hirer, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to RentnRide’s Terms and Conditions. You must also have a valid driver’s license unless you are booking a vehicle with a driver.

Registration

To hire a vehicle, you must register and create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity that occurs under your account.

Hiring a Vehicle

• Select a vehicle from available listings and complete the booking process.
• Agree to the terms and conditions set by the vehicle owner, including restrictions and cancellation policy.
• Provide required documentation (driver’s license, National Identity Card).

Trip Commencement and Conclusion

• Trip starts when booking is confirmed; ends when vehicle is returned as agreed.
• Report faults before trip start for possible alternatives or refunds.

Return Policy

• Return vehicle on specified date, time, and location.
• No discounts/refunds for early returns.
• Late returns may incur penalties (at least 50% of daily rate).
• Grace period may be allowed if agreed with owner.
• Return with same fuel level; confirm condition at handover and return.

Commission and Payments

• 10% commission on each confirmed booking.
• Pay through platform; confirmation sent via SMS/email.
• Payments are not refundable unless owner’s cancellation policy allows.
• Owners receive payment (minus commission) weekly after trip completion.
• Deposit handled directly between owner and hirer.

Maintenance and Safety

• Return vehicle in same condition and fuel level.
• Conduct routine safety checks.
• Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Do not modify vehicle without owner’s approval.
• Notify owner, RentnRide, and insurance in case of accident.

Indemnification

• Indemnify RentnRide from claims, damages, or expenses related to your use.
• Responsible for all fines, penalties, and violations during rental.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All platform content is property of RentnRide or licensors.
• No commercial use, modification, or distribution without consent.

Termination

• RentnRide may terminate/suspend accounts for violations or inappropriate activity.
• Fake/invalid documents may lead to cancellation.

Disclaimer

• Platform provided as a service; no guarantee of continuous availability or accuracy.
• Use at your own risk.

Relationship

• RentnRide is not a party to rental agreements; not responsible for disputes, safety, or suitability.
• Acts solely as a booking platform.

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
